blah!!
I just cannot get motivated to lose this damn weight!! I know I need to, I want to but I just cannot get my ass in gear to exercise. I keep finding excuse after excuse! First it was my ankle, then it was something else, now I am just too busy. I just need to get started and see some results then I would continue. I am going to sign up with a personal trainer over at the community center! So tomorrow I will go get all the paper work and then maybe I can start the last week of June/first week of July!

No restrictions, just keeping tabs!
Breakfast
- 1 glass of milk
- 2 fried eggs
- 2 slices of bread
- Grilled cheese
- pickles
- lrg glass of Iced tea
- peanut butter cookie dough
Picking this back up
After my injury and trip to PA back in February/March, I am deciding to pick this back up. We have recently made so big changes in our household diet so once I stop buying myself junk I should be able to start losing some weight. I think for this week I am just going to eat as I normally would and journal it then I will start modifying my diet from there. I do have one goal this week and that is to drink 24 oz of plain water a day. I know that sounds trivial in the amount of water but I despise plain water so any is a step up for me. I think baby steps here for me as I want this to be a lifestyle change not a quick loss.
As for our household diet change we have done away with prepackaged foods (well we have 3 or 4 boxes of things left we will be finishing up this week). We have cut out almost all the HFCS (Aiden and Parks completely but I still have it in some things) We no longer buy canned veggies, just frozen. We have also been eating a lot more fresh and freeze dried fruits!
