Breakfast:
Skipped, I know bad me!
Late lunch :
4 egg rolls
steamed rice
chicken lo mien
general so's chicken
peppers and steak
2 sprites
snacks
4 pecan turtles
bowl of grapes
some carrot sticks
Dinner:
Yeah it got skipped too.
Lets all hope tomorrow is better.
I did drink 1 ltr of flavored water and 3 glasses of water (12oz)
