So I kinda forgot about this blog
and my diet for a few days. Now to get back on track. Today I am trying to eat better again and going to restart my exercise regimen tomorrow. I was so sore from setting the workout at hard to begin with but I learned my lesson. I am going to set it to easy tomorrow morning and try to do a little more cardio in the evening. The Wii fit has a hula hoop game that is supposed to be great cardio and it is pretty fun. I rearranged the boys' room and the living room so that was some exercise for today :)
